Tips from the Experience One

TIPS from Jovii for training time on floating platform:

1) Hydration:
Fill plastic bottles with water leaving some space at the top, cover it but not too tight then put into the freezer to freeze overnight. Freezing time varies with amount of water. Wrap bottle with towel so that when the ice melt, your bag will not get wet. You can also freeze your favourite soft drinks like 100+. The water will melt through the day and it will be refreshing to have cold water in a warm environment. Don’t you agree?

2) Keeping clean:
Bring wet tissue as we are going to eat oily and with our hands as our lunch and dinner (KFC or Pizza Hut). Most of us will be sticky after being in the sun, so it is also for you to refresh yourselves.

3) Protecting your skin:
Apply sun block before you leave your house. Sun blocks need to be applied some time before you expose yourself to the sun and needs to be reapplied after a few hours depending on each brand and type.

4) Cooling yourself:
Electronic fans or the normal manual fan where you fan yourself will be handy when you are under the hot sun.

5) Protection from headaches:S
ome people will get headaches if they stay too long under the sun. Since there is no objection so far for wearing caps, it would be good to shade your head from the sun.

6) Food therapy:
For those who have gastric problems, pack a few small packets of snacks in your bag. It is a tough day where we will use up a lot of energy, so it is for boosting energy as well.
